




Description: Solid experience in innovation, digital transformation, R&D, technology, or related areas; Proven experience in: * Managing relationships with innovation hubs, startups, and universities; * Structuring and leading open innovation and internal innovation programs; * Coordinating or participating in innovation challenges, hackathons, corporate programs, or acceleration initiatives; Experience in industrial environments, automation, engineering, or applied technology; Track record in developing business cases, conducting economic feasibility analyses, and monitoring results; Experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments, with international interaction (Latam/Spain); Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management. * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or related fields) * or undergraduate degree in Technology, with focus on automation, industry, or digital transformation; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Innovation, Management, Digital Transformation, Strategy, Technology, or Business (preferred). Languages * Advanced or fluent Spanish (mandatory); * Intermediate or advanced English (preferred). Technical Knowledge and Tools * Proficiency in innovation methodologies: * Design Thinking * Service Design * Lean Startup * Discovery / Product Discovery; * Knowledge of: * Business case development and basic financial analysis (ROI, payback, margin, productivity); * Project and innovation portfolio management; * Leading and managing the innovation ecosystem, including relationship management with innovation hubs, universities, research centers, startups, and technology partners; * Leading the conception, structuring, and management of internal innovation programs, corporate challenges, and intrapreneurship initiatives; * Participating in, coordinating, and representing the company in national and international market innovation programs and challenges; * Acting as a strategic bridge between Brazil and Spain, ensuring alignment between global innovation initiatives; * Structuring, evaluating, and monitoring business cases, return metrics, and performance indicators (ROI, revenue, margin, productivity); * Leading and directly developing the innovation team (Junior Innovation Analyst T1 and SPTECH Intern); * Collaborating closely with engineering, automation, innovation, commercial, and operations teams to ensure technical feasibility and strategic alignment of solutions; * Applying innovation methodologies for solution discovery, validation, and scalability; * Supporting strategic decision-making through analyses, reports, and executive presentations.
