




We are seeking an HR professional with extensive experience in Benefits Management to join our People and Management team. Main responsibilities: * Enroll, terminate, and clarify doubts regarding all provided benefits; * Integrate benefits for new employees; * Register employee ID cards and place new orders upon hiring and/or replacement requests; * Record and monitor invoices related to the department, as well as purchase orders; * Submit monthly transportation vouchers; * Monitor the cafeteria daily, reviewing the weekly menu, food appearance, and conducting tastings; * Negotiate with shuttle service providers, analyze routes, provide customer service, manage conflicts, etc. Business hours: 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM (Monday to Friday) — 1x overtime per week. Note: Availability to work alternate hours when necessary is required. Requirements and qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies preferred; * Advanced Excel proficiency required; * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field; * We also seek a highly analytical, proactive, organized individual who enjoys and excels at teamwork.
