We are seeking a Home Equity Commercial Analyst to work on the front line of our product, ensuring precise qualification, consultative diagnosis, and high conversion of proposals into contracts. Here, you will be a key player in generating value for customers, partners, and the company by connecting real needs with intelligent credit solutions. Key Responsibilities * Receive, qualify, and prioritize new Home Equity proposals. * Conduct preliminary case analysis, evaluating profile, feasibility, and opportunities. * Schedule and lead consultative meetings with customers for diagnosis and alignment on the best credit solution. * Execute active follow-up, ensuring progress between stages and pipeline predictability. * Develop strategic sales arguments and identify critical conversion points. * Monitor proposals with the operations team to maximize speed and approvals. * Maintain close relationships with customers and partners, delivering an excellent experience. * Work goal-oriented toward conversion, disbursement, and revenue generation. Hard Skills * Experience in consultative sales (preferably in credit). * Knowledge of secured credit (Home Equity, refinancing, or real estate lending). * Ability to qualify and analyze leads. * Sales funnel and CRM pipeline management. * Negotiation techniques and meeting facilitation skills. * Basic knowledge of credit analysis and documentation (a plus). * Familiarity with credit approval, disbursement, and contracting processes. * Proficiency in structured follow-up and commercial cadences.
