Job Summary: Responsible for managing direct and indirect procurement, ensuring supply continuity, competitive costs, and quality, while acting as a partner to internal departments and structuring procurement processes. Support in structuring procurement processes and policies Responsible for managing direct (operational) and indirect procurement, guaranteeing supply continuity, competitive costs, and quality. Acts as a partner to internal departments, structuring processes, policies, and controls that support departmental growth and efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute direct and indirect material purchases according to the approved workflow * Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery timelines, and quality * Monitor purchase orders and track deliveries until confirmed receipt * Ensure uninterrupted operational supply * Support internal departments with procurement requests * Develop and qualify new suppliers * Analyze costs and identify savings opportunities * Support the creation and revision of procurement processes and policies * Collaborate with Legal to ensure contractual protection for key procurements DAILY ROUTINE * Receiving and triaging purchase requisitions via Asana * Requesting quotes from suppliers and negotiating terms * Finalizing and registering purchase orders in internal tracking systems * Tracking deliveries and following up with suppliers * Updating spreadsheets and tracking open procurement items * Liaising with Finance (payments) and Operations (receipt verification) **Requirements and Qualifications** * Organization and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal departments * Negotiation skills and cost awareness * Proactivity in identifying risks and opportunities * Familiarity with spreadsheet-based controls and administrative routines (Advanced Excel) * Analytical mindset to evolve toward a more strategic view of the function * Degree in Business Administration or related field **Additional Information** To support your day-to-day: Benefit (iFood Benefits Card): R$ 1\.120,00 per month Health program covering physical and mental well-being through partners offering gym networks and telehealth services; To develop your career: * Performance evaluations * Structured career path * Frequent training sessions Incentivar is an incentive and rewards software platform created to help companies achieve more goals by leveraging their data strategically and intelligently.
