ROSARIO HSV \- SALVALUS HOSPITAL UNID 03 PENHASP JARDIM ANALIA HOSPITAL HSV \- SALVALUS HOSPITAL DEACA CC ITAQUERA II 24 HGH ANGELICA ADM Responsibilities and Duties Manage mail control, including authorization for entry and exit, receipt, organization, and posting of scenarios, drafts, and correspondence, in accordance with internal guidelines; Maintain equipment and the workplace unit organized and well-preserved; Serve customers by providing necessary support in person or via telephone; answer customer questions and clarify doubts related to clinic operations; Receive and register orthodontic documentation, radiographs, and complementary exams; Schedule, monitor, and manage patient appointments during retention, eruption, or temporary absence periods; Assist customers in using self-service kiosks. Requirements and Qualifications Completed elementary education; Relevant work experience; Availability to work flexible hours. Additional Information ?
