Support multitask operations and communicate with supervision **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily responsibilities will include:** Operating container handling equipment — Stacker — safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational procedures, ensuring smooth terminal operations, asset preservation, and personnel safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate **Reach Stacker** according to operational schedule and leadership instructions. * Perform container handling, stacking, spotting, loading, and unloading; * Ensure correct container positioning within the yard, complying with layout, signage, and safety regulations. * Conduct daily equipment checklists before and after operation, recording and reporting anomalies. * Maintain equipment condition by promptly reporting mechanical or operational failures to supervision and maintenance teams. * Strictly comply with operational procedures (OPs), internal standards, and safety rules. * Support multitask operations as required by terminal needs (yard, gate, warehouse, and rail support). * Proactively prevent incidents, accidents, and damages. * Maintain constant communication with supervision and operational teams. * Support practical training and guidance for less experienced operators when requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Certification for **Equipment Operator — Forklift** (Stacker). * Valid NR 11 certification. * **Proven experience operating Stacker.** **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in rail or intermodal terminals. * Familiarity with operational control systems. * Experience working night shifts and rotating shifts. **Compensation:** up to **R$4.795,00 total monthly amount** * Base salary: R$3.570,00 * Meal allowance: R$22.50 per workday — (paid in cash) * Fuel allowance: R$15.00 per workday — (paid in cash) * Attendance bonus: R$250.00 (attendance-based) **Working hours** * 6-on/1-off schedule — Shift 1: 06:00–14:20 * 6-on/1-off schedule — Shift 2: 14:00–22:20 * 6-on/1-off schedule — Shift 3: 22:00–06:20 Employment type: Temporary Contract duration: 9 months Payment: R$3.570,00 – R$4.795,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher Work location: On-site
