




Job Summary: Human Resources professional responsible for managing all stages of the recruitment process, onboarding, employee development tracking, and training management. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting onboarding and training management **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. Experience in Recruitment and Selection. Experience handling high-volume recruitment. Must reside in Santa Bárbara d'Oeste or Americana. **Responsibilities:** Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including job profile alignment, job posting, resume screening, interviews (and report writing), and assessments; support hiring managers in selecting the final candidate and organizing onboarding documentation. Conduct onboarding, track employee experience, and manage training programs. **Benefits:** Health insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance, transportation allowance or fuel allowance, life insurance. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday).
