Job Summary: A technical professional responsible for providing humanized nursing care, verifying schedules and notifications, conducting telephone triage and appointment scheduling, and accompanying medical visits. Conduct telephone triage and appointment scheduling **Description:** **Minimum Education:** Completed Technical School. **Mandatory Professional Council:** COREN. **Required:** Personal vehicle and driver's license. **In this role, your main responsibilities will include:** Verify the schedule planned by nurses on the specific board for conducting visits and prescribed procedures. Provide safe, humanized, and individualized nursing assistance to patients under nurse supervision. Check daily notifications in the Electronic Medical Record to identify complications and pending items requiring appropriate follow-up and resolution. Conduct telephone triage. Contact patients' family members or caregivers by phone to schedule team visits for that day's time slot. Accompany the team physician during device changes, and jointly with the responsible nurse monitor scheduled visits for the current month. 2511090202181613694
