




Job Summary: A Senior Ethics and Integrity Analyst promotes, evaluates, and ensures compliance with integrity and anti-corruption programs, mitigates risks, and strengthens ethical culture. Advisory support in ethics and compliance. **Senior Ethics and Integrity Analyst** **CPFL Brasil** **Work Location:** Campinas/SP **Work Model:** On-site **Prerequisites:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Must be available for 100% on-site work in Campinas/SP; * Prior experience with Integrity Programs; * Experience and knowledge of the Anti-Corruption Law, and familiarity with compliance risk assessments (Due Diligence, Compliance Risk Assessment); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Power BI; * Postgraduate degree is considered a plus; * Data analysis knowledge is a plus; * Familiarity with integrity certifications and awards (ISO 37001, Pró-Ética, Pacto Brasil) is desirable; * English proficiency is desirable. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Help identify, monitor, and assess the impact of regulatory environment changes—particularly those related to Integrity Program laws and regulations; * Promote process alignment with anti-corruption regulations to ensure legal compliance; * Evaluate impacts arising from the implementation of new processes, products, or business initiatives; * Support responsible departments in defining action plans to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance; * Promote and deploy guidelines outlined in the Code of Ethical Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, and other internal documents; * Participate in reviewing and republishing regulatory documents to keep them updated and aligned with corporate best practices; * Participate in disseminating the Integrity Program across the entire CPFL Group; * Contribute to targeted communication and training initiatives for employees and stakeholders to reinforce ethical and compliance culture; * Ensure integrity and risk mitigation throughout these processes; * Identify and assess compliance risks; * Conduct due diligence analyses (detailed investigative processes for risk evaluation); * Provide advisory support to business areas and issue opinions and recommendations; * Supply information for external certifications and questionnaires, ensuring the robustness of internal controls. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility criteria); * Life Insurance; * Profit-Sharing Plan (PLR); * Gympass; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service covering psychological, legal, financial, social, and speech therapy support). **About Us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.
