Intermediate English for technical reading and conversation. **Summary of Job Responsibilities:** Participate in developing technical solutions for new products and new tooling (stamping dies), ensuring compliance with customer specifications and adherence to the project pillars of Scope, Time, and Cost. Specific Activities and Responsibilities: Assist in creating 3D and 2D product and tooling drawings using CAD software (preferably Solid Edge and Creo). Plan and lead technical meetings with tooling suppliers, monitoring schedules, fabrication, and modifications. Participate in meetings with internal and external customers, proposing solutions and improvements to mold and product designs. Request and analyze quotations (RFQs) for new tooling, negotiating technically to ensure optimal cost-benefit. Monitor try-outs of new stamping dies and participate in dimensional analysis of products. Support critical analysis of ongoing projects, contributing technical expertise during cross-functional team meetings. Participate in APQP, FMEA, RASP, and 8D meetings.
