Kitchen Assistant

We are hiring a kitchen assistant. Schedule: 12 hours on, 3 hours off. Good salary and food basket.

Opportunity for technical advancement in a multinational environment MAGNA EXECUTIVE SEARCH, in partnership with a multinational chemical company located in Valinhos/SP, is seeking: **DEVELOPMENT CHEMIST** ***(100% on-site)*** Will develop new products and provide technical support to the Sales Department and customers, aiming for continuous improvement of the product portfolio and better understanding of customer expectations. **Responsibilities:** Conduct bench-scale experiments to develop new products required by customer needs; Maintain records of developments executed in a global database in English; Register new formulations, processes, and specifications in the ERP system; Keep formulation and specification records up to date; Participate in prospecting new raw material suppliers, supporting the Supply Chain team; Collaborate in transitioning laboratory-scale processes to production scale (scale-up); Accompany the Sales Department during technical visits to customers and testing of new products; Provide technical assistance in handling non-conformities with the Quality team; Prepare technical data sheets and assist in providing information for preparation of the company’s Safety Data Sheets (SDS); Collaborate in training and providing technical guidance to junior team members; Provide support to the Quality Control Laboratory when requested; Interact with peers across global technical centers; Follow SGI instructions and procedures to ensure the safest possible working environment; Perform other duties as needed and/or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor, whenever necessary. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (active CRQ registration). A Master’s degree is a plus; * Prior experience in a compatible role within a laboratory or R&D setting, preferably in the chemical industry; * Intermediate/Advanced English (mandatory); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated ERP systems; * Knowledge of emulsions, tribology, and lubricants. Knowledge of polymers is desirable; * Willingness to work 100% on-site in Valinhos/SP.
