Job Summary: Operates and assists in maintaining production machines, performs product assembly and inspection, and maintains workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and assistance in programming production machines 2. Performs product assembly, counting, and visual inspection 3. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the workplace * SHIFT AVAILABILITY: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- WILLINGNESS TO WORK OVERTIME Operates machines according to the production process for scheduled products; Performs all departmental activities according to their specifications and products to be manufactured and assembled, ensuring adherence to the production schedule. Supplies raw materials according to machine requirements and production planning. Directs manufactured products to appropriate locations based on their specifications. Assists in machine programming when necessary, adjusting parameters per the process sheet. Assists in adjusting machine components and devices, allocating them according to production, quality, and raw material standards to bring machines into operation. Counts products and assembles kits, visually inspecting products and preparing them for packaging. Assembles parts according to production line specifications, manufacturing orders, and supervision instructions. Immediately informs supervisors of any changes in production, machines, or devices requiring corrective action. Cleans the workplace according to internal procedures. Complies with Quality and Occupational Safety guidelines and regulations. Performs other related duties as directed by immediate supervisors.
