If you identify with our brand and wish to join us, grow with us. * Ensure store profitability by controlling budget and cost of goods sold (COGS). * Ensure food safety of products to guarantee operational and brand quality. * Maintain inventory levels by conducting physical stock counts, planning and placing orders with suppliers to sustain required inventory for store operations. * Responsible for preparing staff work schedules. * Contribute to the development and motivation of the store team by interacting with the Management Trainee, participating in hiring and termination decisions, conducting performance evaluations, and designing training programs—aiming at team development and fostering a pleasant and healthy work environment. * Conduct staff meetings to guide and direct the team toward achieving expected results. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Prior experience in fast-food management.
