Conducting training sessions and handling incident reports We are seeking professionals to work in the area of Real Estate Security and Facilities Inspection. The employee will be responsible for conducting external inspections at workplaces through periodic patrols, assessing process execution and correcting\-them if necessary. They will perform operational alignment for coverage of absences, medical certificates, and other matters. They will conduct periodic training sessions with employees to implement new procedures or correct behaviors. They will handle any incidents occurring at service locations and report\-to supervision.
