**OVERVIEW** Perfetti Van Melle Brasil, manufacturer of the Mentos, Fruittella, and Chupa Chups brands, is seeking a talented individual to unlock their potential as a Maintenance Leader in Vinhedo/SP, working the second shift. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** Responsible for identifying internal needs, analyzing information, and proposing improvements to processes related to electrical and mechanical maintenance. Must standardize and optimize maintenance activities, implement systems and policies to ensure equipment reliability, and oversee repairs, installations, and layout modifications. Define action plans for chronic issues by investigating root causes and integrating maintenance and operations through continuous improvement tools (TPM/Lean/WCM). Promote safe practices, disseminate 5S, develop people, and strengthen a results-oriented, sustainable maintenance culture. Also includes managing indicators and costs (e.g., PQCDSMI and OEE), prioritizing maintenance tasks, leading cross-functional teams, training staff, supervising third-party contractors, and identifying opportunities for improvement—ensuring safety, quality, compliance with procedures, and process efficiency. **WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU** **Minimum Qualification:** Technical degree in Instrumentation, Industrial Automation, Electroelectronics, Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. **Desirable:** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or Technology fields. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU** At Perfetti Van Melle, caring for people is a core value!
