You will have the opportunity to grow within a team of experts focused on delivering innovative solutions to drive our business forward. **Requirements and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------- **What are the requirements?** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics. * Experience as a Requirements Analyst/Business Analyst/Product Owner in Logistics Software (TMS, WMS). * Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira). * Proficiency in SQL is essential. * Ability to document systemic processes, test results, and technical specifications. (Tools such as Bizagi, Figma, Miro, or similar) * Comfort working in hybrid environments—both agile deliveries organized in sprints and waterfall-model projects. * Experience gathering user needs (requirements), understanding system functionality, and mapping processes. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Availability for travel. * **Experience with TMS products will be an advantage.
