




Job Summary: A professional responsible for leading end-to-end event organization—from strategy to execution—and generating leads to drive organizational growth. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management, planning, and logistics of events * This role’s mission is to oversee the entire event organization process—from strategic phase, planning, logistics, to execution—while also bringing in opportunity leads to support organizational growth. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Monitor daily progress toward targets and define strategies to exceed them. * Supervise room setup and teardown. * Accompany clients during technical site visits. * Advise on procurement of third-party services. * Update quotations, proposals, and deadlines in the event management system on a daily basis. * Assist in developing room rate cards and other event-related pricing. * Assist in room setup. * Compile post-event evaluations. * Define annual post-sales action plans for events. * Ensure follow-up contact with the event client after contract signing to address event requirements. * Ensure accurate expense recording and timely event account closure. * Ensure coordination and synergy between Food & Beverage and Reception departments for smooth event execution. * Ensure Service Orders are sent to all relevant departments to guarantee proper event execution. * Ensure all events have properly drafted and signed contracts prior to commencement. * Ensure synergy with the Reservations Department regarding accommodation arrangements and group lodging strategies. * Maintain an updated supplier database. * Participate in drafting next year’s event budget. * Respond to event quotations within the standard timeframe, ensuring the best proposal is delivered to the client. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Completed undergraduate degree * Relevant work experience **Additional Information*** Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance and food allowance
