Event proposal preparation Responsibilities: Receive and assist customers, ensuring friendly and efficient service. Perform guest check-in and check-out. Sell products available at the front desk. Respond to inquiries and requests via WhatsApp and telephone. Organize reservation information and update the hotel's system. Prepare event proposals tailored to customer needs. Generate service orders and monitor their execution. Conduct nightly audits and cash register closing. Support events to ensure smooth execution. Forward reservation information to the restaurant. Requirements: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and customer service expertise. Familiarity with management systems is considered an advantage.
