Job Summary: Professional responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting solar panel components, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of workstation quality **Job Description:** Assemble solar panel components, adhering to all work instructions and ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, and Productivity guidelines; Perform functional tests, electrical inspections, and component and system checks according to specifications, documenting\-them; Complete the solar panel assembly sheet and other subassembly records related to each assembly operation; Properly use PPE and comply with safety procedures; Contribute to the development and/or revision of work instructions for the assembly process; Actively participate in motivational programs, such as Improvement Teams and 5S; Keep your workstation clean and organized; Actively participate in the TPM program (where applicable); Assist in solar panel review, as well as rework or supplementary actions; Verify measuring instruments and devices for calibration status and validity period; Perform part recovery actions, such as cleaning, removal of oxidation, and minor adjustments, per technical guidance; Maintain tools and equipment under your responsibility; Responsible for the quality of your workstation. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Experience in soldering iron repair; Experience in production lines and electronic assembly. **Desirable:** Technical courses in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics. **Benefits:** * Daycare assistance for dependents up to 2 years old * Golden Farma Card * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Maternity Kit * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave * On-site restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner * Collective life insurance by Porto Seguro, at no payroll deduction * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Wellhub (Gympass)
