We are seeking a proactive and committed **Pharmacist** with experience in the compounded pharmacy sector and strong involvement in **e\-commerce** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring excellence in digital customer service, providing technical support, participating in the development and verification of formulations, as well as collaborating in the organization of processes related to the online channel. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical responsible party according to current legislation; * Support compounding pharmacy routines, with special focus on e\-commerce customer service; * Review and validation of compounded formulations through the **Fórmula Certa** system; * Technical support to customer service and digital customer assistance (e\-mail, WhatsApp, social media); * Assist in product registration, pricing, and website updates; * Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with Anvisa regulations; * Monitor and optimize logistics processes related to online sales. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Pharmacy with active CRF registration; * Experience in compounding pharmacies; * Knowledge of the **Fórmula Certa** system (mandatory); * Experience in **e\-commerce** or digital channels; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Familiarity with e\-commerce platforms and digital tools. **Differentiators:** * Knowledge of sanitary regulations related to the e\-commerce of medications and cosmetics.
