Grow and develop with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform administrative and financial routines for the Agreements Department * Conduct financial closings for the department, ensuring accuracy and verification of information * Issue bank slips (boletos) and invoices, ensuring compliance with deadlines and data accuracy * Maintain control and organization of the department’s administrative processes * Provide support to branches by offering guidance, clarifying doubts, and assisting with operational demands * Monitor internal workflows related to agreements, ensuring efficient execution of processes * Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of departmental processes * Support relationship management with affiliated units and partner organizations, prioritizing clarity and agility in communication * Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and established procedures **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields) * Prior experience in administrative and/or financial routines * Basic knowledge of invoice and bank slip (boleto) issuance * Familiarity with financial controls and value reconciliations * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage demands from multiple units/branches * Good verbal and written communication skills **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance (Alelo); * Chartered Transportation; * Unimed Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Partnerships with Higher Education Institutions; * Pharmacy Discount Program; * SESC Benefits; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Citizen Company); * Newborn Kit for maternity or paternity leave; * Internal career growth opportunities.
