




#### *** Job opening from a Talentbrand client company *** ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsibilities: Plan and control the production schedule, ensuring compliance with established deadlines; Prepare production orders and monitor their execution together with production departments; Analyze and control inventory levels of raw materials, supplies and finished products, ensuring adequate supply and preventing excesses; Perform productive capacity analysis and resource balancing (machinery, labor and materials); Monitor production indicators (productivity, efficiency, losses and deliveries) and propose improvements; Work jointly with logistics, purchasing and quality departments to ensure proper flow of materials and information; Develop management reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making; Participate in continuous improvement projects in planning and production processes. ### **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Production Engineering, Business Administration or related fields; Experience in PCP processes, preferably in industrial settings, knowledge in companies within the plastic sector will be a plus; Must reside in the Americana/SP region ### **BENEFITS** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance, Expense allowance, Agreements, Life insurance and Profit Sharing. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT
