Job Summary: A professional to ensure inventory accuracy, plan inventories, monitor KPIs, and standardize processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and non-conformance management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in inventory accuracy and supply chain 2. Knowledge of Protheus ERP and advanced Excel 3. Focus on continuous improvement and non-conformance management **Responsibilities:** * Ensure accuracy between physical and system inventory. * Plan and execute inventories, managing control and correction of losses, damages, and discrepancies. * Monitor KPIs, analyzing data to support decision-making and improve results. * Ensure system configuration, integrating departments and standardizing processes. * Support audits, ensuring compliance, traceability, and adherence to procedures. * Conduct analyses, implement continuous improvements, and support non-conformance management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Production Engineering. * Knowledge of Protheus ERP (TOTVS). * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). * Experience in inventory accuracy within an industrial environment, with knowledge of logistics and supply chain.
