The professional will be responsible for executing essential administrative operations routines for the area, supporting continuous improvements, and delivering visibility to guide stakeholders’ day-to-day activities. The Logistics area is currently undergoing evolution—expanding automation and strengthening processes—making this role fundamental to improving service indicators and reducing operational workload for partner areas. This position also offers autonomy, development opportunities, and work during afternoon and night shifts (with mornings on Saturdays). Join us and become part of a team that learns together, delivers real impact, and celebrates every achievement. **Location**: CSC Ambev \- Jaguariúna, SP **Working Hours**: Mon–Thu: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM \| Fri: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM \| Sat: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Ensure stakeholders receive updated, accurate, and business-aligned visibility reports and dashboards. * Adjust daily the parameters underpinning the company’s stock projection, ensuring data reliability. * Execute semi-automated projects that perform large-scale order modifications, guaranteeing quality and consistency in the process. * Support the night shift in ensuring the quality of the service plan, maintaining adherence and stability of routines. * Provide operational team support for automated requests, contributing to smooth and rapid resolution of incidents. * Assist the team in identifying opportunities by delivering insights and participating in continuous process improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Availability for on-site work at CSC Ambev in Jaguariúna, SP. * Strong communication: ability to clarify process-related questions and propose improvement opportunities for the area. * Organization: ensure processes are executed as agreed. * Proactivity: anticipate problems and seek solutions. * Analytical reasoning: interpret data. * Capacity for continuous learning: openness to evolving in tools, methodologies, and strategic supply chain vision. * Adaptability to change. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in related fields. * Knowledge of Power BI and/or Python. **Additional Information** At Ambev, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed for you and your dependents.
