We are seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Distribution Center to join the team at Supermercados Covabra Ltda in Sumaré, SP. This position involves daily supervision of distribution center operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of logistics processes. Responsibilities include managing operational teams, controlling inventory, coordinating goods receipt and dispatch, and implementing continuous process improvements. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. **Qualifications** * **Operational Management:** Proven experience in supervising distribution center operations, inventory control, and logistics. * **Leadership Ability:** Competence to lead, train, and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * **Communication:** Effective communication skills to interact with different hierarchical levels and ensure clarity in information transmission. * Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields, and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
