Plan, execute, and enhance internal and institutional communication strategies and actions to strengthen company culture, promote employee engagement, and support alignment across departments, sales teams, and business units.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for managing internal communication actions and channels, organizing corporate events, and promoting initiatives that reinforce organizational culture, employee experience, and institutional alignment. Works autonomously, with strong cross-departmental and supplier coordination capabilities, and technical expertise to manage campaigns, events, and integrated projects focused on internal results.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plan and execute internal events (e.g., happy hours, conventions, activations, year-end activities, engagement campaigns, etc.).
* Lead onboarding journey communications, organizing schedules, welcome kits, content, and culture-aligned initiatives.
* Create, review, and monitor institutional content for intranet, bulletin boards, WhatsApp, internal emails, and the corporate newsletter.
* Produce or supervise the creation of institutional presentations, supporting materials, and commercial announcements.
* Interface with the sales team and promptly address regional needs with agility, urgency, and institutional identity.
* Coordinate suppliers, budgets, and timelines for internal campaigns and events.
* Collaborate with departments to identify topics, conduct internal interviews, and validate information for communication materials.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor internal engagement metrics, conduct climate surveys, and analyze communication campaign results.
* Participate in planning and implementing improvements to internal communication channels.
* Support trainings, workshops, and corporate meetings with content and logistical assistance.
* Document initiatives and events through photos, videos, and simple reports.
* Support integrated initiatives with other departments, such as HR, Marketing, and Executive Management.
