We seek a dedicated, vigilant, and responsible professional. Job Responsibilities: * Manage entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers; * Monitor and inspect common areas, ensuring compliance with internal regulations; * Record incidents and movements as required; * Take preventive actions to maintain the integrity and security of the condominium. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Availability to work on a **12x36** shift schedule, according to assigned shifts.
