Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Apprentice to support the development of commercial activities within the Adobe renewal team, with a focus on customer service and organization. We are looking for a **Commercial Apprentice** to join our Adobe renewal team and contribute to supporting the development of commercial activities! This is the perfect opportunity for those who wish to learn, grow, and develop professionally in a dynamic and challenging environment! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Contact and serve leads via phone and digital channels to initiate the license renewal process; * Maintain and update customer registration data in the system; * Support the renewal team in issuing commercial proposals; * Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks; * Help organize department-related files. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed high school education; * Computer skills (Office Suite/Outlook); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to work effectively in a team; * Customer service knowledge or experience is considered a plus. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Training allowance; * **Benefits:** Meal Allowance and Food Voucher, Transportation Allowance, Life Insurance, Medical Plan, Dental Plan, Access to MAPData EAD platform for employees and dependents, and Gympass; * **On-site work in Americana/SP;** * 30-hour weekly work schedule.
