Job Summary: Develop, enhance, and maintain Bamex's mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native, ensuring technical quality and a positive user experience. Key Highlights: 1. Informal mentoring of less experienced professionals. **Role Summary** Developing, enhancing, and maintaining Bamex's mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native, with a focus on end-to-end delivery of high technical quality, excellent user experience, and consistent integration with the company's digital systems and products. At the Mid-Level, autonomy over feature and module scopes is expected, active participation in mobile technical decisions, and informal mentoring of less experienced professionals. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Over 4 years of mobile development experience, including at least 2 years of consistent React Native experience building applications published in production. * Practical experience publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play and the App Store. **Skills** * Proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript. * Solid knowledge of React, hooks, contexts, and state management. * Experience with React Navigation, local persistence, and REST API integration. * Ability to debug native issues, read stack traces, adjust dependencies, and work in Android Studio and Xcode when necessary. * Experience with push notifications, Git version control, and pull request/code review workflows. * Strong written communication skills in Portuguese for technical documentation, RFCs, and decision records. **What We Offer:** * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Totalpass; * Institutional agreement. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * On-site model
