As a 100% Brazilian company, it operates three brands (Brazzo, Mobato, and Varimax), maintains eight strategically located distribution centers nationwide, and offers an extensive portfolio comprising thousands of high-quality items—ensuring customer satisfaction and reinforced by ISO 9001:2015 certification. **Main Responsibilities** * Post and verify fiscal invoices for various operations, including industrialization, imports, and returns; * Generate and verify fiscal entry and exit ledgers; * Perform calculation of direct and indirect taxes; * Verify EFD ICMS/IPI and CONTRIBUTIONS files; * Provide support for tax department routines and requests. **What We Expect From You** * Knowledge of tax department routines and fiscal bookkeeping. * Understanding of the tax workflow—from fiscal invoice analysis through its recording in fiscal ledgers. * Basic knowledge of tax calculation for companies under the following tax regimes: Presumed Profit, Simples Nacional, and Real Profit. * Knowledge of Tax Substitution (ST) and Anticipation. * Basic knowledge of generating ancillary obligations. * Familiarity with EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contributions, GIA, and GIA-ST files and their content. * Knowledge of issuing and verifying tax payment slips. * Understanding of service invoices and tax withholdings. * Knowledge of diverse tax operations—including returns, shipments, warranties, repairs, interstate operations—and their respective taxation. **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Responsibility and commitment to tasks and deliverables * Organization and attention to detail * Ability to meet established deadlines * Logical reasoning and analytical profile * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Discipline and professional demeanor * Dynamism and proactivity in problem solving * Ease in customer service and interaction with internal teams
