Assistance in student retention and loyalty ° Main Responsibilities: \- Ensure an exclusive and differentiated experience; \- Serve students with friendliness and elegance; \- Manage student flow during peak hours; \- Assist in student retention and loyalty; \- Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor. ° Requirements \- Completed high school education. \- Refined communication skills and empathy; \- Proactivity and problem-solving ability; \- Availability to work in the afternoon shift\- Schedule: Afternoon shift from Monday to Friday; weekends on rotating schedule (6x1 rotation\). \- Compensation package: R$ 2\.000 salary \+ R$ 700 in benefits (VA/VR and food basket) \+ VT or Fuel Allowance.
