




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Responsible for creating, publishing, and managing content on the company’s social media channels, contributing to increasing brand reach, engagement, and digital presence under supervision. Plan, create, and adapt content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.). Manage the editorial calendar, posting times, and content frequency. Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare simple reports. Engage with the community: respond to comments and messages in line with the brand’s tone. Support visual content production and copywriting, in collaboration with designers and copywriters. Track trends, relevant hashtags, and social media best practices. Assist in managing paid campaigns when applicable (briefing, basic adjustments, alignment with the media team). **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields (or other relevant education with proven experience). Interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation. Excellent written communication skills in Portuguese; verbal fluency is a plus. Proactivity, organization, curiosity, and ability to work in a dynamic environment. Basic familiarity with social media tools (e.g., publishing managers, scheduling tools, and analytics tools) and basic image editors.
