Ready to join this team? #VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in preparing meats, poultry, and fish for cooking—cutting, cleaning, weighing, portioning according to requirements, and packaging; * Assist in meal preparation—washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients; * Assist in preparing simple dishes under supervision, as needed; * Load and unload non-perishable food items and restaurant supplies; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment while performing tasks; * Dispose of waste materials generated at the workplace; * Sort foods according to the daily menu, verifying appearance, quality, and expiration dates; * Wash and cut food items as instructed; * Support food cooking processes; * Clean kitchen utensils and maintain organization and cleanliness of the workspace; * Continuously replenish food items in the cafeteria. **Requirements and qualifications** **Minimum academic qualification:** High school diploma completed. **Age range:** Minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** Relevant experience (verified or unverified).
