Responsible for planning, designing, managing, and supervising the construction of infrastructure projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and sanitation systems, ensuring safety, economic viability, and compliance with technical standards. Key Responsibilities * **Project Development:** Perform structural calculations, prepare drawings, and specify technical material requirements. * **Construction Management:** Supervise construction sites, coordinate operational teams, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. * **Feasibility Analysis:** Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies to assess project sustainability and costs. * **Quality Control:** Inspect quality of supplies and services, and diagnose structural pathologies or failures. * **Technical Documentation:** Issue Technical Responsibility Records (ART), reports, expert opinions, and technical assessments. Requirements and Skills * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active registration at the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA). * **Hard Skills:** Proficiency in calculation tools, design software (BIM, CAD), and ABNT standards. * **Soft Skills:** Team leadership, critical thinking, ability to solve complex problems, and assertive communication. * **2025 Trend:** Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and resource management for environmental efficiency.
