Responsibilities: Support the execution of operational processes related to import, export, and local transportation; Assist in tracking export bookings and scheduling cargo pickups; Conduct document verification and organization with clients and involved agents; Support communication with freight agents, carriers, and customs brokers; Monitor the issuance of pickup orders, manifests, and CT-e; Assist in assigning vehicles and licensed drivers for container and loose cargo transportation; Requirements: Completed High School (Pursuing a degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related fields is a plus); Experience in import, export, or logistics routines; Technical knowledge: FCL and LCL, air and seaport terminals; Familiarity with terminals: Port of Santos, Guarulhos Airport, and Viracopos; Detail-oriented profile, attention to detail, organizational skills, and good communication; Languages: English and Spanish – basic level; Additional qualifications: Forklift Operator certification and experience in container transportation.
