Development of competencies in organization, communication, and proactivity. **Administrative Apprentice** **Summary:** Responsible for supporting and performing administrative tasks across various departments. **Responsibilities:** * Handle documents \- Perform control and data entry, sorting, verification, and distribution of documents, following department-specific procedures; * Enter and register data in the system; * Monitor administrative processes, verifying established deadlines; * Archive documents; * Maintain organized files \[List the main responsibilities and tasks the position holder must perform. **Education:** * Currently enrolled in high school or incomplete undergraduate studies. **Experience:** * Not required. **Technical Competencies:** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organized. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Curious and proactive in learning. **Other Requirements:** * Age between 14 and 24 years. * Must not have previously been an Administrative Apprentice. **Benefits:** * Salary / Health Insurance / Transportation Allowance or Fuel Subsidy / Meal Voucher. **Company Information:** Construtora Rio Verde We are proud to be one of Brazil's largest construction companies, particularly recognized in the industrial and real estate sectors.
