If so, join our Manufacturing team! **Let’s drive connections to create new realities!!!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Sort and verify materials required for production; * Assemble products, components, and subassemblies following procedures and work instructions for each step; * Comply with established quality standards, ensuring tasks are correctly executed; * Conduct visual inspections during the assembly process and report any deviations identified; * Record production information and ensure product and material traceability; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace, adhering to 5S practices; * Comply with safety, quality, and internal process standards and procedures; * Contribute to achieving departmental productivity, efficiency, and quality goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing activities is desirable; * Experience assembling electronic products or components is desirable; * Basic computer literacy; * Previous experience in the electronics or technology industry will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Benefits of being a \#padtecker:** * Meal and food allowance via Alelo card; * Medical and dental plans for you and your dependents; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Physical wellness support through Wellhub (Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Workplace gymnastics; * Consignable loan via Creditas; * Childcare allowance / PCD allowance.
