Job Requirements * Experience in the HEALTH AND BENEFITS field * Proficiency in INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED Excel * Familiarity with SYSTEMS and OFFICE SUITE Responsibilities: \- Strategic Development: Create and implement metrics, workflows, and processes for the Health and Benefits Relationship area. \- Portfolio Management: Manage and monitor demands from Corporate and PME Mais clients, focusing on relationship expansion. \- New Client Onboarding: Responsible for onboarding new clients closed by the Exclusive Health Sales team and the Internal Sales Team. \- Results Orientation: Promote customer retention, cross-selling, up-selling, premium adjustments, and portfolio retention. \- Implementation and Monitoring: Support implementation activities and monitor deliverables, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for service and health operations. \- Service Integration: Collaborate with internal service representatives to ensure integration between operational and strategic service lines. \- Leadership Collaboration: Work with the Health Management and Health Directorate to define strategies and improve processes. \- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding and new client service processes. \- Team Development: Support the development of training and capacity-building plans for the Internal Sales team. \- Location: Position based in Piracicaba, with activities across various regions of Brazil, prioritizing São Paulo state (Capital and Interior). \- Participation in market events and HR groups Benefits * Medical plan * Dental plan * Meal allowance/food voucher * TotalPass * Mediquo * Student assistance * Life insurance Join Carraro!!!
