Join us on this journey. **\#JoinSynvia** **Responsibilities and Duties** **We count on you to:** * Extract, organize, and update contact databases from multiple platforms (spreadsheets, forms, and paid media). * Clean data to ensure contact qualification for WhatsApp campaigns; * Monitor team performance via dashboards and reports, analyzing metrics such as open rate, response rate, and conversion rate; * Update reports by cross-referencing campaign data with operational results; * Ensure compliance with the LGPD, protecting sensitive data and guaranteeing legal practices across all operations; * Train and support the auxiliary team in daily tasks to ensure timely delivery according to study schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek:** * Completed high school education; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in this role is a plus. **Additional Information** **Work Unit:** * Paulínia/SP. **Work Schedule:** * Tuesday/Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Parking (subject to availability); * Health Insurance with no monthly cost to the employee, including co-payment for exams and consultations; * Dental Plan with co-payment for monthly fees; * Life Insurance at no cost to the employee; * Flexible Meal/Voucher Allowance; * SESC Partnership; * Physical Health Program – TotalPass; * Day Off – Healthcare Professionals; * Childcare Assistance (per internal policy).
