Here, you will be responsible for leading the Training and Development area, strategically managing the entire learning cycle. Your main responsibilities will include: * Coordinate the T&D team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment; * Develop training strategies aligned with corporate objectives; * Establish partnerships with machinery and technology providers; * Manage the training department's budget and resources; * Evaluate training program effectiveness and implement improvements; **Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree.
