* Remind the customer to bring the Owner’s Manual.
* Request removal of personal belongings.
* Bid farewell and thank the customer.

* All special-order parts that are available but not yet scheduled must be placed in the “Received Parts” slot on the Scheduling Preparation board.
* The Scheduling Officer must ensure that information regarding the availability—or non-availability—of special-order parts is communicated to the customer before the scheduled appointment date.
* All customers scheduled for the following day must receive appointment confirmation the previous day—via WhatsApp, email, SMS, or phone.
