Job Summary: We are seeking a restaurant coordinator to lead the team, manage operations, and ensure service excellence and strong results. Key Highlights: 1. Your responsibilities here: * Coordinate restaurant operations during the shift; * Lead, engage, and develop the store team; * Actively support operational activities, rolling up your sleeves alongside the team; * Manage financial controls: cash closing, report analysis, and bank reconciliation; * Ensure daily store operations: opening and closing procedures, sales tracking, goal management, and team meetings; * Serve as a role model for attitude, service excellence, and commitment to results. What we’re looking for: * Completed high school education; * Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts; * Retail experience is considered a plus.
