Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in organizing the dining area, sterilizing and restocking cutlery, trays, and glasses, as well as sanitizing and finalizing the environment. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting in organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. 2. Responsible for replenishing supplies and monitoring standards. 3. Supporting waitstaff and participating in environmental sanitation. **Schedule:** Night shift: 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM, 44 hours/week (6 days on, 1 day off\) Night shift: 7:30 PM to 12:45 AM, 30 hours/week (6 days on, 1 day off\) **Description:** Responsible for assisting in organizing the dining area, sterilizing and restocking cutlery, trays, and glasses; restocking disposable packaging in general; restocking all sanitation supplies such as alcohol, etc.; refilling and cleaning the ice reservoir; keeping display counters consistently clean; verifying dishes against order slips and delivering them to the designated tables; ensuring dishes strictly adhere to standards; collecting soiled tableware from tables; assisting waitstaff; and participating in overall dining area sanitation and closing procedures. **PLEASE INDICATE YOUR PREFERRED SHIFT!** Job Type: Full-time CLT, Intermittent (freelance) Compensation: R$1\.230,00 \- R$2\.250,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
