We seek an organized, efficient professional with pastry experience, capable of maintaining the quality standards of our products and contributing innovative ideas. **Responsibilities** * Produce cakes, pies, desserts, and various sweets. * Prepare doughs, fillings, and frostings according to technical specifications. * Perform final assembly and decoration of products. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area. * Monitor raw materials, expiration dates, and storage conditions. * Assist in developing new products and process improvements. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Pastry Chef or pastry assistant. * Basic knowledge of doughs, creams, and decoration techniques. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-volume production. * Formal training or courses in pastry arts. \- Submit resume including salary expectations Salary negotiable Job type: Full-time, CLT permanent employment Compensation: starting from R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
