Contribute to shaping, fermenting, and arranging breads for the oven. Operate simple equipment under supervision. Organize and clean utensils, work surfaces, and machinery. Assist in managing raw material inventory. Sort products for display or storage. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. This position is based in Campinas / SP. Previous experience as a Pastry Assistant, Baker's Helper, Bakery Assistant, or Food Production Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this role. High school diploma required.
