Knowledge: 1) Machine formatting; 2) Installation and configuration of software; 3) Installation of the Office suite as well as Outlook configuration; 4) Remote access software (LogMeIn, VNC, TeamViewer, Ammyy, Crossloop); 5) Windows Server (2003 and 2008); 6) DHCP, DNS, NTFS and Share permissions, Terminal Services; 7) Router installation and configuration. Technical certification required. A valid driver's license is a plus. Assembly and maintenance of desktop computers and notebooks. Installation and configuration of network equipment such as routers, switches, access points, and network printers. Server support (Windows software and hardware) – Internal and on-site customer service. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with lunch break. Residency in Campinas is mandatory.
