Our focus is to train you so that, within an average period of 3 to 5 months, you achieve the autonomy required to be promoted to Level 1 Technician (Junior), accompanied by the corresponding salary adjustment. _____________________________________________________________________ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You will have a dynamic routine split between our base and external client visits: * Internal Activities: Assembling filtration systems, maintaining dosing pumps, performing operational tests, organizing tools, and preparing materials for service orders. * External Activities: Supporting installations and preventive/corrective maintenance at client sites, filter cleaning, and collecting technical documentation. * Learning: Full focus on mastering our SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety regulations. _____________________________________________________________________ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Completed High School education. * Valid Brazilian Driver’s License Category B (essential for travel). * Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Hydraulics and Electricity. * Operational and field-oriented work attitude. * Organized and responsible regarding equipment and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience as a maintenance assistant. * Experience with dosing pumps and/or water filters. _____________________________________________________________________ CAREER PATH AND COMPENSATION: We maintain full transparency regarding your future here: 1. Initial Position (Technical Assistant): R$ 2.320,00. 2. Promotion to Level 1 Technician: After 3–5 months, subject to performance evaluation and demonstrated autonomy, salary increases to R$ 2.615,00. 3.
