PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a weekly workload of 44 hours; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium borne by the employee. 2\.1\. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** DOCUMENTATION PROVING THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** EXPERIENCE IN PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES AND TEACHING CLASSES TO YOUNG PEOPLE OR ADULTS IN THE FOLLOWING CURRICULAR AREAS: PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE, WRITING, INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS, MOTIVATION, LEADERSHIP, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION, AND/OR FINANCE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected.
