We are seeking a Continuous Service Technician - Electromechanical to perform the following activities: * Perform maintenance (preventive, predictive, and corrective) and electrical switching operations on electrical systems in areas including generators, UPS, primary substations, transformers, disconnectors, and electrical panels according to work procedures and regulatory standards; * Install and perform maintenance (preventive, predictive, and corrective) and switching operations on air conditioning systems, including precision air handling units (evaporative), condensing units, dry-coolers, comfort air conditioning units, refrigerant recovery, charging and discharging fluids, and compressor replacement; * Install and adjust controls and regulating devices, refrigeration piping, and commission complete systems; * Install infrastructure, electrical circuits, data cabling, and automation systems; * Drain and refill compressor lubricant; * Perform circuit breaker switching operations on low-voltage panels, protected and compliant with regulatory standards and internal procedures; * Operate and handle computerized software for access control, CCTV, fire detection, CMC, BMS, DCIM; * Complete material lists, system specifications, and drawings/diagrams. * Prepare technical reports and conduct inspection rounds; 2511130202461805029
