Focus on agility, proactivity, organization, and teamwork **About the position:** Uze Nails is looking for an Operations Assistant to support the company’s daily operational activities, contributing to the organization, control, and efficiency of internal processes. The professional will be responsible for tasks such as inventory organization, material picking and verification, production and assembly support, order shipping, inbound and outbound product control, as well as assistance in transportation and item handling, and maintaining workplace organization. **Requirements:** * Agility and proactivity * Organization and attention to detail * Willingness to perform operational tasks (active routine) * Ability to work effectively in a team * Completed high school education **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in inventory, production, or shipping * Background in logistics or operations * Basic knowledge of material control and organization **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program * Employee of the month **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **On-site position in Santa Bárbara d'Oeste** Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Work Location: On-site
